Looking for a TikTok Video Editor – Focused on Viral Content & Retention

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to edit TikTok videos for me.

I'm not looking for just basic cuts and transitions. I need someone who understands what makes a TikTok video perform well and can edit specifically for high retention, watch time, engagement, and viral potential.

Things I'm looking for:

• Strong hook in the first 1–2 seconds
• Fast and engaging pacing
• Editing that keeps viewers watching until the end
• Attention-grabbing text and overlays
• Good use of sound effects, transitions, zooms, etc. when needed
• Understanding of TikTok trends and viral content structure
• Creative input — I want someone who can suggest improvements, not just follow instructions

For now, I'm looking to test this with one video, but if the results are good, I'm interested in building a long-term working relationship and increasing the budget for future videos.
