Other people’s comments aren’t appearing on my posts.

I pressed on one of my recent videos and saw one comment, so I went to see what it was and nothing appeared. The “1” then switched back to “0.” I’m confused. Is there a comment or not?

Also, sometimes when I press to show the filtered comments, nothing shows up. It’s getting weird.
