Account issue

If I lost access to the email associated with my account and there’s no phone number on the account what are my options? I was using my account, changed my username due to switching up my content and TikTok asked me to verify my account. That’s never happened and now I can’t receive the code to verify the account. I have proof that the account is in my managed accounts in my app, the email, password, etc. Has anyone here ever had this issue?

I cant see certain comments: 'comment not available' even if i can on other accounts

For some reason i cant see certain comments on my tiktok account and certain comments i post on other creators comments, when i send one of these comments from my alt account toward myself i get the error saying 'comment not available' when i press on it on my main account. If its from my own account then the comment disappears when i press on the comment section and it says no comments. Further i still get notifications from comments i posted on other creators accounts and then I get the same notification, even though the comment is clearly not remov3d. Ive tried clearint cache but it doesnt work and ive tried reinstalling tiktok but nope
