Can't log in on phone or desktop

I got rid of the app about two years ago from my phone (right before the "ban") and I haven't logged in since. I redownloaded the app today and I can get into one of the old accounts but not the one I need. When I put in my password it immediately tells me that I've reached the maximum attempts. It won't let me recover it all (says I don't have access to the friend verifying thing) and it's not connected to any of my other social media platforms or email. Is there any way for me to log back in?
