someone stole my edit, refused to credit me and then i got blocked 💀

this is pretty simple but, i made an edit of someone and posted it to tiktok, someone else (who has a way larger following than me) stole my edit and reposted it in full without crediting me - it also got thousands of more views too. i contacted them and asked them to credit me and they said they would - but i immediately got blocked. i have proof of everything and now im wondering how to go about this situation.

this actually took place on august 23 and im thinking of submitting a copyright infringement claim but idk if thats the right thing to do for my situation. i cant see the og tiktok bc they blocked me.

another question, can i get a friend to go to that tiktok and report it for me for copying someone else? idk what to do.
