whats wrong with stickers in comments?

every time i open a comment section the stickers people post in there dont work. no matter how long i wait, they just say blank. if i try to press them, it says "cannot load." regular images are fine, but for some reason just the stickers are blank. i already tried clearing the cache and updating the app. still nothing. screenshot attached with profile names and text scribbled out for privacy.
