Certain sounds have certain copyright limits. For example, most songs can only be used for 1 minute [59.99sec] while others can only be used for 30 seconds or 15 seconds. Depends on the song and outreach of the owner.
So you're not gonna get striked for using 1 minute of a lil wayne song but you will most likely get striked for using 1 minute of a Disney or Michael Jackson song.
