Anyone else’s app glitching?

My tik tok plays absolutely no sounds on videos, even when I try to play one of my bookmarked sounds. Also no videos will load beyond the thumbnail regardless of if I use wifi or data. I have cleared my cache too, when I try to use the physical volume button my phone just raises the ringtone, not the app volume.
