cant follow, comment, like, favorite, or do anything besides reposts

Whenever i follow someone and refresh, it says i still have to follow them. whenever i like, it unlikes it ~10 seconds later (same goes with favs). following private accounts shows "requested" for a second before saying "following" which also disappears when refreshed. how to fix???
