I can't do lives for some reason

The live option doesn't show up on an account i have and when i asked support about its they told me it was because of my location which is weird because i have another account set to that location thats working...

And when i told them that they just told me we are making changes and canceled the chat

How can i fix this problem nothing i tried worked no vpn no changing my location nothing
