Account is accusing me of threatening them

For context: I was debating in the comments with this girl on TikTok about a sensitive topic about my country, I wasn’t rude to her but she got mad and insulted me about my looks and another sensitive stuff in my DM, I insulted her back and blocked her, apparently a fake account did harass her and sent her offing threats and now she is publicly accusing me of threatening her and posting my picture all over the internet, the fake account obviously didn’t have a profile picture but she’s posting my face stating that the fake account belongs to me, mind you, she’s in the US and I’m not but she’s from my country, so there’s not much I can do but report her to TikTok, and as You guessed it, they didn’t take her video down
