Being placed BACK into 300 view jail after going viral. Why does this happen ???

All of my posts were flopping HARD for the longest time then suddenly one blew up like crazy to a million views. I posted again and the next one didn’t do as good and stopped at just 7k. And every post after is only getting 300 views at a time in just a few minutes. But weirdly it always stops at 300 mark and maybe only 40 likes. But I wonder how could a video start off so good in just a few minutes and then suddenly the growth just stops for no reason. Is there a reason to escape the view jail what’s worse is tik tok keeps telling me to use promote I think that may be the reason for the suppression of vids :/
