My tik Tok streamer live isn't working

I'm trying to use tik Tok live studio to live stream my drawings, but for some reason the app is very janky. There's no scroll bar and I'm stuck on the live settings page which doesn't allow me to live stream unless I can scroll down and change the settings. Have you had this problem?
