Can people see your tiktok stories if your videos are private?

My videos are set to “only me” for years, but I keep getting stories that have reposted them as my memories or something that happened “today” a few years ago, like snapchat did (haven’t used that app for years so idk if it’s the same anymore), can people see them? I don’t want it on my stories, I kept it private for a reason.
