TikTok Issues/Settings: auto captions and translations are completely gone, how fix? Is this just standard now?

Just had my account wrongly age checked and tiktok won’t let me appeal or change it.

So I was chilling on a pokemon bidding stream testing my luck and I’m texting my girlfriend at the same time saying I got 11 bucks to spare out of my spending budget for cards. All of a sudden I can’t talk to her anymore. I go ahead and check and see that I’m age restricted, and need to verify. I TRY to verify with the face verification but tiktok says I’m 16. I’m telling y’all the same thing I told support, I’m 20. I pay bills. And so they give me a url the next day to re-verify. However it takes me to this (first image). I’m now trying to appeal my age adjustment, but tiktok refuses to let me do so either. It just takes me to their guideline page. I have orders coming on the way from tiktok shop that were from said pokemon bidding streamers and I’m really looking forward to them. Why is tiktok being so damn stubborn right now with me man 💔 1st photo: attempt to age verify again, brings me there instead 2nd photo: conversation that led up to me getting restricted 3rd photo: trying to sweet talk my way out of getting scolded for bidding on pokemon livestreams 😭

stories not showing?

so i'll keep it short: i'm on one of my alt accounts and stories won't show. the only person i follow and who follows me back has posted stories and they won't show, and when she sends me them it'll say that they were set to private or smth, plus that "on this day" thing is stuck on where the stories should be even if i went through it like 3 times already. i closed tiktok, turned my phone off and on, and still nothing. idk what to do
