Can't get my account back

Hi. My account I've had for 7,5 years got hacked and customer support still can't give it back after I've provided them with everything they've asked and details about the contents on the account only i could possibly know. They won't tell me what information they are still missing (they seem like automated replies). I don't understand what I'm supposed to do. The account means so much to me
