I’ve never seen such clear evidence of police abuse. I would think a 100 million dollar lawsuit would be a slam dunk. There’s just no situation where this is acceptable. The victim has had irreversible damage done to their psyche. The officer should be arrested for attempted murder and capital punishment should be in play here .

You could even see him doing 'cop math'. Attempting to solve for how much he could abuse the guy without getting caught. Breaking his arm was really what he was going for, but that'd be too hard to cover up with paperwork.
