I mean, shit like this happens all the time.
If true, these guys were bold to do it at Walmart with so many cameras but I guess that means they were more dangerous.
It's incredibly sad and disturbing that women would have to live in fear like this.
Idk I tend when I feel threatened to become very noticeable. I’ll start saying hello to everybody asking about everyone surrounding me day. See situations like this they need you quiet and afraid and people to be toning you out. The more your engaging the more th threat is to them if they approach you.
I’ve also another time ran yelling fire. I read a statistic stating women are more likely to get assistance screaming fire then help or even rape
For the skeptical people, I have 100 percent done this. It was years ago, but I was at a big box store, and a creepy dude came up to me, said I was pretty and could he get have my number. I was polite, said thank you, no thank you. Kept shopping. Then noticed he was following me. It was late close to closing, winter, dark outside, and I did not want to go out to the parking lot alone.
I turned into an aisle where there was a dad looking guy and went up to him and said "hey! I haven't seen you in ages!" loudly and then whispered "please pretend you know me, I'm being followed.
He got it immediately and gave me handshake, started chatting with me like we'd known each other forever, compared shopping lists with me, and we finished shopping together and he got me to my car.
This happens for sure, but this story has a bit of an odd narrative.
-Creep asks her if she needs help before she entered the store to do her shopping
- sounds like there was store security and she didn’t approach them as a first choice?
- Guy says he left first but then says security made sure to walk her to her car
- If creep was tailing her since she first arrived in the car park, would she grab a stranger and ask if he could pretend he ‘walked in with her’, or grab staff, since said creep already saw nobody walked in with her ?
Could be a true story but I wouldn’t be shocked if this was engagement farming.
Either way, can be very real and scary.
Thank you!
They just wanted to her know that Verizon had recently upgraded the tower in her neighborhood.
