This guy is an idiot

this has been shared multiple times, he knows what's going on, he's trying to not make eye contact or make sudden moves with the bear. the car is moving up to get between him and the bear, at one point you even see the man give a thumbs up to the driver to signal to him.

He is fully aware the bear is there. He is doing what you are supposed to do by not making any sudden moves or trying to run away. A bear will always win that race.

What’s idiotic is someone thinking he’s not aware what is going on.

So most likely what’s happening is this guy is trying to stay calm and not be aggressive to the bear. He knows it is there.  Eventually he’s had enough and runs off.  

Yup, this stupid ass bot account hasn’t interacted with its own post.

For the UMPTEENTH time.

The guy in this clip is doing the correct thing.

He knew the bear was coming and he knew he would not be able to outrun the bear, so he froze and did the correct things to survive this encounter.

Had he ran or even made quick movements, the bear’s instincts would have been triggered to attack.

If you think he’s an idiot, I’d love to watch the video of how you react in the same situation.

Even the bear was like "umm dude. I think you're supposed to run or yell or something."
