This man was intellectually and physically disabled and left unattended by his carer when he climbed into the den to meet the tigers. He was deaf and barely verbal and tried to communicate with basic phrases and sign language to the tiger. You'll see him sign "bad/naughty" with his finger up when shouting no. He was disabled and failed by someone who was supposed to protect him and the internet is doing what it does best and ignorantly slandering a victim.

The staff had better not have shot the Tiger! It's only doing what comes naturally.

I like how he was pointing at and scolding the tiger like the tiger was the problem.

BBC says he died at the scene so probably shortly after this footage cuts off. Really gives a bit of fucked up morbidity to the emojis and other social media elements in this video. This guy's death is being broadcast to the world and while he was an absolute fool to put himself in that situation it's still gross that it's being made a spectacle of here and on tiktok.

Well that was weird, just read this and then BBC breaking news popped up same time to say he died.
It’s sad. But… also I hope the tiger wasn’t hurt because of him.

A lot of you need to check yourselves. Dude died, isn't cold in the ground and now has his face up all across the news in his last moments and you all joke about it. Family and loved ones will be seeing shit on Reddit like this for years. I hate this fucking site sometimes.

I’ve seen this happen in the news multiple times over the years of people in the animal enclosures. What the heck do they think is gonna happen to them when they decide to jump in? Do think they’re some kind of animal whisperer or something? I guess that park doesn’t have the fences up high enough..

According to BBC the man “died at the scene” and the zoo is asking people not to share footage.

This is someone’s son going through a mental health crisis - no sane person jumps into a tiger enclosure and starts speaking to the animals like they can understand them. It’s sad to see the comments cheering his demise as if anyone in their right mind would choose death by tiger. The only part to feel thankful about is that the tiger is unharmed.
