Is there soft ban in tiktok?

Hate the Fact that TIkTok proved the US is not a free country, but at least everyone knows now

I mean freedom is speech, gone. freedom of commerce, gone because only Mafia Dons hold a gun to your head and force you to sell your company, oh Mafia Don's and the corrupt US government. Freedom of association gone, and gone with a ruling fully hypocritical to their Citizens United Ruling that increased government corruption in the US. I mean not a surprise from a court that held bribery was legal and the President is above the law. The Banana Republic has come home to roost.

Why is reuploading other people's content accepted on TikTok?

I've been in the video production game since 2009 and something I've recognized is that reuploading other people's videos on more short-form oriented platforms such as TikTok, IG Reels, etc... is generally accepted, even when you don't credit the original creator. Yet for the longest time, this was considered not only extremely taboo but straight up against TOS on platforms like YouTube. Why is this?

Edit lag?

Does anyone know why some high quality edits lag and then when you go search a certain video it fixes the lag? Like if you search the rapunzel edit then go back to your og edit it just fixes the lag. How come?

Account Lost?

Hey! Apologies if this is not allowed, however I’ve had this issue for about 8 months now. This is shown at the top of my profile, not allowing any of my videos or account to be recommended to others, simply just removing me off of the fyp. It isn’t visible to others, just myself. For context, my account is just videos of myself / things I do in day to day life - nothing confusing or misleading in the slightest. All my account checks come up clear too, none of my videos have been flagged. I’ve spent countless hours writing emails to support as well as going through every single internal support channel I can, all to no avail (they ghost me). I’d simply like to know what they think is misleading so that I can rectify. I’ve also sent my ID, also to no avail. Has anyone else been through this / knows what to do?
