Is an unwanted kiss SA?

If it's not sexual assault then there would have been nothing wrong with that young man waltzing up the stage and going in to kiss Charlie Kirk. I have a feeling he would have changed his tune really fast 

I mean… what if 2 dudes were sitting on a bench and one kissed the other without consent…. I think Mr. Kirk might have had a change of tune about that argument, too late tho I guess

If you go for a kiss on a date and get a negative reaction, refusal, or even pull away after you kissed… that’s not illegal as long as you don’t force it after. If you hold her head then yes obviously illegal

You walk up to random woman and kiss her on the mouth… illegal. You lean in for a kiss on a date and she pulls away as your lips touch… sad but not illegal

Point is you’re not going to accidently commit sexual assault just because you wanted to kiss your date

Charlie kirk and others of his ilk are the reason young men are scared to date women. They weaponize and reinforce their insecurities, and hyperbolize everything. They are creating this issue and then capitalizing upon it for political and financial game.

Its an old trick. You sell them poison disguised as 'the cure', and they keep coming back to you for the 'cure' as they get sicker and sicker.

Anyone who needs to hear that Charlie Kirk was a piece of shit isn't going to be moved by some random dude on TikTok talking about consent. These people don't care about the laws or about social dynamics unless they work in their favor.

You can't logic an uneducated person into a position that they didn't logic themselves into. We could start transitioning into a utopia right now and these assholes would do everything in their power to hold us back. Jesus could come down with a glowing halo and these people would call him a woke pussy and then beat his ass. God could start smiting them one-by-one and they would wait patiently for their turn instead of accepting that they're wrong.

This is not as black and white as everyone seems to making it in my opinion.

If two people have some sort of history together and they are engaging in a conversation and one attempts to move in for a kiss because they misread the other’s intentions that is not sexual assault.

If someone walks up to another person and forcibly kisses them that is sexual assault.

Both situations the kiss may have been unwanted but only one has ill intent.

I don’t think making a move should result in charges unless you don’t respond properly to the others reaction.
