This legit happened to my friend group in 2015

Been there done that, except it was a bigger friend group and multiple people were dating, breaking up, and then getting together with someone else in the friend group. The amount of drama was off the charts.

My main friend group was composed of 5 couples (myself included), all together for at least the last 4 years. This year every guy in the group (other than me) broke up with his girl, a few months apart. It was like a domino effect with each breakup seeming to push the next guy to become single as well. We are all still in the same group chat and hang out together, but whenever we go out nobody brings a date or hooks up with anybody else. One of the couples are on somewhat bad terms so they barely interact now. There have been tons of awkward moments and we rarely manage to get the whole group together now.
