Our government wants to control everything we consume. They have control over everything. The one thing they didn’t have control over, they showed us just how easy it is to take it away from us as we sit, watch and accept our fate. TikTok was not the beginning and it’s not the last. It’s more than just a social media platform. It was a real living community. One they feared.
So many businesses relied on the app for revenue. Imagine how many businesses will have to close because of this now.
I feel so disconnected without tik tok. We need to all come together and do something. They want us to fall in line but we have strength in numbers. That’s why they took away our app.
Anyone out here tried YouTube shorts yet? I wrote down all the people I got news from on TikTok and I’m getting ready to try it.

I just keep wondering why did this have to happen while I'm still on school break and there's a snow storm. I'm completely stuck at home with only my mother (who watches Fox) and I have no connection to the outside world. Idk what's going on at all and I hate that my routine was disrupted in the name of politics
Except being controlled by the Chinese government is not better than the US government. At least you can vote Trump (or against him) here.

I don’t even know what to do with myself. Last night I felt sad. Today I am angry about it. I feel like I lost all my people. We grew connected to people. Cecilia from Svalbard was one of my favorite accounts. I loved seeing how people lived in a culture or community vastly different than mine.
Trump is going to force a sale to one of his billionaire buddies with the use of military force if he has to. The app will become unrecognizable and we will not be seeing the livestreams like we see now. Because he and his billionare friends don't want us filming the fascist events that arr about to unfold. Imagine live streaming the start of the next holocaust and all of the planned deportations. They simply won't allow us that freedom to show the world what has become clearly obvious to any American with a brain:
