During the initial rush leading up to the Tiktok ban last week, US msm kept on harping that Rednote users in the US went up by 700k in a single day. I want to track how much is the current users, worldwide if possible. Are there any sources for it?

I am new to red note. I join groups where hobbyist musicians take turns singing/performing on their musical instruments. I do not know how to speak Mandarin. But I can speak English and Cantonese. One time, the host of the music group said Red Note sent her a warning that the group was speaking too much English. So then everyone quickly switched to Mandarin, at which point, I didn't understand anything other than simple things like "it's your turn to perform". Can someone explain to me what actually happens when you speak English on rednote? Is that a very dangerous ting to do? And what if I speak Cantonese? Some of the groups I join have cantonese speakers. Is speaking Cantonese also very dangerous on red note? I'm not sure what I can or can't do, and what happens if i speak too much english/cantonese. Any insight will help, thank you
I don't know if anyone else goes on Reels, but ever since this weekend, Reels has been randomly showing me content from Chinese creators and "pro China" content similar to XHS (i.e. "China's living in 2050" type stuff). It's not A LOT by any means, but when I'm on it, it's definitely 1 every 15 Reels or so. Maybe it's just happening to me (or to people like me who have accounts on both), but I didn't really get any Chinese content (from actual Chinese creators) before this. Of course, they're speaking English with an accent, but still. Anyway, thought that was funny, especially since I rarely go on Reels anymore since being on XHS.
2I had a package from xiaohongshu shipped to the Cainiao warehouse, but they rejected my package with a message that said it will be returned to the seller via the original route. I was told that when a package is rejected by Cainiao, it will be returned to the sender via the same tracking number. I’m trying to fill out the Return Details on xiaohongshu, but it’s not letting me enter the same tracking number. So what should I do??
Is there any way to get around the consolidated shipping and just pay the shipping up front, or is that not an option within red-note? I’m worried about how much the shipping will be because I want to order 13 squishes and would wanna know the price before I end up purchasing them
