Do you have an iPhone? This is what I did. You’ll need to download Proton VPN FIRST bc it’s not on the Canadian App Store Go to your settings and click your profile thing Go to media and purchases View account Change country/region to Canada Click “none” for payment and Google a legit Canadian address and Canadian phone number and use that for your info Now open the App Store and search for TikTok but DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT YET Put your phone on Airplane Mode, make sure cellular is off and connect to WiFi. Now open the VPN app and connect to a Canadian server. You’ll need the plus option to choose it. It was $12 I think. Pick a server in Montreal. All the Toronto servers didn’t work for me. Once you’re connected you can download the app from the App Store and then change your country back to the US.

If you had android you could just download an apk. Since you appear to have Apple I suspect you're out of luck.
