I can only connect to my account on a single phone device, otherwise it disconnects my account automatically on my other device. Would be a lot more convenient if I could connect my account to both devices. Hope the rednote staff can implement this change! 🙌
How do I see less American content on Rednote. I'm Canadian and it is showing me so many English text questions and the same old stuff from Americans. I'd rather see Chinese art and content.
I downloaded red note a few days ago, but didn’t open it until today. My friend was able to set up her account just fine, she was able to change her ID/username and set a selfie for her profile photo. But when i try, it gives me this error message “region currently not supported “ when I try to change my ID/username. I also updated my profile photo and it randomly changed itself back to a default photo of a broccoli. I’ve seen others have the same issue. does anyone know how to fix this?

Emailing them DOES work to some degree however I had to email them multiple times, I even had them initially email me claiming I did not contact the support email first before emailing the creator email even though I did twice. After showing them the screenshots and explaining everything multiple times I got my account restored. I do not know how long it lasts but I do want to tell everyone here whos going through the same problem that yes they can give you your account back, however it is very slow and you may have to email them multiple times. No disrespect to the international team for Rednote I'm sure there is only so much you can do, but this is still quite frustrating to deal with but I do appreciate a solution is within reach, you just have to fight for it unfortunately.

Hi, I ordered off Rednote's store and consolidation shipped it to my house. It's left customs but I have no last mile delivery number? How do I know when it's on it's way or delivered since the in-app tracking seems to lag? Thanks!
I had disable rednote from refreshing on settings, but it still keep on refreshing after I come back. I need it to stop refreshing sometimes because I want to scroll through more posts. Are there any other way to stop rednote from refreshing?
