Log out of my account

So I was on tiktok and everything was fine until fine until I go and try and find someones account by looking at someone's following list and when I do that I get logged out and when I try logging in with my email it says that it doesn't remeber my email and when I go to try and create after I create my password it says that I have download my account. But I'm in the united states how do I get back into my account?
