Still no sms

Since you can’t receive SMS codes and don’t have your passport or linked email, your options are limited but here are some steps you can try:

• If possible, try to recover your account using your phone number on a different device or SIM card to rule out network issues.
• Look for any in-app or website support options—sometimes there’s a help or contact form even if not obvious.
• Reach out to Rednote’s social media channels or community forums where support staff might assist.
• Avoid creating new accounts to prevent further complications or bans.

I haven't been able to receive a sms code either. I was able to login with my Apple ID and that was all. I called my carrier and there is nothing on their end that is blocking it. So I contacted Redone help desk. Finally heard back from them and basically they suggested to do the same things my carrier suggested and the internet. I've already done those. I even used my son's number to try to get a code and nothing came through. I also tried two different Google voice numbers and again nothing came through. Now I can't even get a code, I just get an error.
