How accurate is the activity status?

I need a solid ass answer here cuz I haven’t been able to see my girl in 2 weeks and I feel like she’s ignoring me when I text her. An hour later she hasn’t replied but is “active now” on tik tok? I’d like to think it’s a fluke but after doom scrolling then coming back to my inbox to see “active 16min ago,” the amount of time I was scrolling, after it said “active now” is making me think it’s more accurate than some have lead on.

I don’t come out of the gate w these thoughts btw. It starts w sending her something sweet, going about my business for a while, coming back to my phone later to no reply, then hopping on tiktok for a minute to see at the top part of my inbox that she’s either “active” or “active __ mins ago”

Thought I saw a post on Reddit a while ago explaining this but I can’t find it again. Should I be worried? I believe I’m overthinking but the thought won’t leave me..
