Mjolnir Titan home brew needs feedback

Since finding this weapon exists I've spent the past few months tinkering on the maxroll character builder to try and work out a functional build that could clear faster than the standard Shield Wall or Slam titans I play (both of which feel so slow when I compare them to people carrying 70+ room full group temple runs in a matter of minutes, meanwhile my titans would take likely an hour+ if I was ever able to build my temple to that extent)

https://maxroll.gg/poe2/planner/yp6ph0oj

This is what I have come up with so far. I think I'm settled on the gear (outside of the belt, depending how incoming damage feels I may run Midnight Braid for the mana recoup or swap headhunter in if I don't find that I NEED the mana recoup. The passive tree I'm feeling settled on but the skill selection, especially the elemental spells socketed into the Thundergod and Cast on Block I'm just guessing at what to use there since I'm not at all familiar with spells (as stated above, I've only ever played slam titan and shield wall).

As to skills outside of the triggered spells:

Stampede to keep myself moving + it can reach ~90 aftershock chance so more hits generating energy for Mjolnir.

Herald of Ash + Infernal Cry to feed ignites for Ancestral Cry

Herald of Ice I'll combo with support for armor break and explosion.

Berserk more damage (I've always assumed it also benefits the armour gained from the Vengeful Fury passive too)

And lastly Barrier Invocation, more energy for Mjolnir and Cast on Block

So with that, I am confident between Brassdome and my passive allocation into armour defending vs elements I'll be perfectly comfortable taking hits.

What I do not have any idea of:

Will my damage output will be sufficient for the hardest content

Does the damage to mana occur before or after reductions from defensive stats

What passives should be my highest prio to find on a megalomaniac with this build

Will I be generating energy fast enough for spells to be spamming in mob dense environements with Stampede + Heralds + armour explosions (again assuming all of these things will cound as Hits for energy generation)

Should I swap out some of the Socketed skills in Thundergod or Cast on Block for supports to boost specific socketed skills?

Am I crazy and this is just totally unviable and hopeless?

If you got this far, thank you for even looking even if you have nothing to contribute. Any contribution, feedback or criticism will be much appreciated!

I don't think this is viable?

I don't really understand the point of all the different spells socketed? Usually you do one single spell like Comet for damage or Living Bomb for fire infusions and then try to scale out the energy gain and damage done for that spell with the rest of the supports. Once you are generating so much energy to the point where you are up against the cap on casting that singular Comet then you'll add a second Comet to the socket so it doubles.

Not really sure what the purpose of half the uniques you're using are either? 99% of the time a good rare is far better than a unique unless there's a very specific purpose for a build enabling unique interaction from a piece somewhere. For example, the reason Atziri's Acuity is run everywhere all the time is because people are running 90%+ crit chance blood mages where the ascendancy gives you 10% spell leech. Here you don't really have any leech that I can see and your crit is really bad so the gloves don't seem to serve any purpose at all?

You picked up a lot of stuff for slams, broken armour, and rage, but none of that helps for spell damage and you're trying to run a build that seems to want to do mostly spell damage?

If you want to run a Mjolner Titan I'd suggest checking poe.ninja and finding someone already doing that and try to learn from their build? Something like this: https://poe.ninja/poe2/builds/vaal/character/harleqin-4077/harlesmash?i=0&search=class%3DTitan%26items%3DMj%25C3%25B6lner

(or if you want to go more spell focused there's builds like this on there too: https://poe.ninja/poe2/builds/vaal/character/Bansook-2987/%EB%B0%98%EC%88%98%ED%81%AC?i=1&search=class%3DTitan%26items%3DMj%25C3%25B6lner )

Feels like such a coincidence but I’ve seen a lot posted on mjorner lately. Just posted an oracle build with mjorner that flies

Just run Shield Wall with Redflare Conduit cultivated to generate a power charge every second with Resonance. Couple this with Nebuloch and you’ll clear temple like a CoC build

I decided to try stacking energy shield - at minimum level.

I got bored at this stage in the league and decided to spend many of my hard earned divines on a small project. Wouldn't it be funny to stack Energy shield for a min-level char? [https://poe.ninja/poe2/pob/1a027](https://poe.ninja/poe2/pob/1a027) Tabula rasa has relevant jewel mods noted on it in POB so the math actually works out since it doesn't seem to work properly in POB. second screenshot is with a lvl 29 discipline aura with 36% increased aura magnitude - I didn't wanna spend another several thousand divines on a support character, I just wanted to see how well it would work theoretically >3000 ES without aurabot is possible, however, its basically impossible in practice. As of now, there are \*18\* 2 socket uncorrupted crown of thorns left on trade - on average it takes \~11 to hit a 30% and then another 1 in 3 to get a 3 socket one. Hitting a double corrupt on said 3 socket would be better then my current one, but that's not plausible sadly. Same for the boots. Hitting a better double corrupt on the gloves and focus would likely be plausible, but I couldn't buy more bases from Finn. Grip of Kulemak 59% ES \*should\* be possible, but it already took me over 40 attempts to hit 57% so I think I'll just leave it as is. Belt I didn't find any other way besides the 25% corrupt to get ES without a level requirement - if anyone has any idea tell me. Amulet could sanctify for 19/19 but again, would require silly amounts of currency (each try is \~30 div as is with annoint + sanctify + quality). I \*think\* patient barrier should be best annoint, but correct me if I'm wrong. Total investment into this character so far is about 3000 divines, probably a bit more. further thoughts \- maximum technically possible is 3112 ES at level 2 unless I'm missing something important. POB [https://poe.ninja/poe2/pob/1a02a](https://poe.ninja/poe2/pob/1a02a) \- doubting this but: is it possible to get an ascendency at this low level by skipping straight to geonor with a helper? In which case it might be possible that xp penalties kicking it would allow me to ascend at lvl 2? This would allow +20% +20% (ascendency) +60% (jewel) ES, which would get me to 3218 ES (actual build) / 3732 ES (max technically possible) Did I miss anything?

Rakiata who?

Rakiata who?

I made an elemental crossbow varashta sorc this season as my starting build (goal was to exploit yoke of suffering's full potential, you can find poe ninja below, don't be fooled by the dmg tooltip, it kill ubers before they can move) and so since I was in the intel side of the tree I used my weapon swap to maximize exposure (with whispering ice) and curse magnitude. Here with some non-optimized gear I'm reaching a total of -338% res (that's -169% on bosses), meaning it's better than rakiata's. I use cursed ground support to apply the curse and icestorm (which comes with the staff) with prolonged duration and potent exposure to make the exposure last longer. This tech doesn't require much investment apart from your weapon swap and a few sockets at most so it can be plugged into many elemental builds. As it is now, it requires you to cast the spells with your weapon swap, so I use it mostly for bosses, but i might cast icestorm on bulky rares in juiced maps once in a while. If you have a skill dedicated for mapping, it'll propably better to use rakiata on it, and remove it or use another skill for bosses. Here's the poeninja: [https://poe.ninja/poe2/profile/McZaatar-0907/character/Dendjala](https://poe.ninja/poe2/profile/McZaatar-0907/character/Dendjala) I might make a build showcase if people are interested, it's a fun league starter build. With yoke and the electrocution node on the tree, enemies have 120% damage taken, more if they're cursed, on top of the giant res drop, plus you benefit from a lot of the "damage against enemies with ailments nodes" so that's why the tooltip is low (explosive grenades indicate 60k in game but they hit bosses for like 2M) at first I was playing with permafrost bolt with frost nexus + navira's fracture + fragmentation rounds, it was a fun combo and really strong for leveling but I couldn't scale navira's fracture damage in late game (I had command + minion nodes on my second weapon instead of the curse/exposure at the time) Hope this inspires some of you!
