1. Omen sceptre. Forget about rattling on Varashta. You want max stacks of crit weakness more than anything else. Even for clearing w/o Kelari's Brutality, it helps way more than another muster fodder.

2. Baryanic Leylines instead of Ruzhan. It is the strongest ascendancy node in the entire Varashta ascendancy. A good crit timeless jewel is what you need the most:

3. Bones of Ullr. Yes, you become slower, but can fit more zealots. Yes, it's worth it. My build had 7 of them.

4. More ES from body/helmet/focus. Well, idk about prices on ES gear now, but probably out of your budget, besides the helmet:

5. Passive tree, yes. The entire Relentless Fallen ring with those life/revive nodes is a huge waste. Get that from nothing and pick just notables.

6. Despair Curse is useless in your setup, you barely doing any chaos damage. It is required after getting any breachloreds lineage support gem + Kurgal's leash. Check my kelari setup, it does 80% of extra chaos, which actually benefits from despair and withered.

7. You don't utilize -ele res properly. Fit Elemental Weakness instead of despair, and utilize secondary weapon set for exposure from frost bomb. Here is an example: https://poe.ninja/poe2/profile/monik390-5560/character/Monik_Ruzhan
   Check green passives. With this setup i was able to reduce boss ele res by -120%.

8. Fit 1 Skeletal Brute. His command skill increases damage taken by 10%. It is strong.

Probably smth else, just use my builds for reference.

If you struggle with clear, use naviras fracturing. If you struggle with single target, juice your spirit and summon a spectre.

I also started with a Varashta, but I moved from the summoner build to the plant build. Used Goratha's guide. Helped me clear all content.

Then moved to a stormweaver adonia's ego for juiced temple content, got to lvl 100.

Maybe you could try swapping ascendancies. The summoner build lacks a lot of firepower for later content. It'll get you through the basic content with some investment.

You need more ignite power on your razhan I got kurgal leash and xophs pyre on him. Fracture is the best clear for this ascendancy. You have long fuse on orb I chose to go exposure rather than crit that’s just me and I did all the content. At least 5 zealots and one garg flier just to give you time to setup. I feel like this ascendancy is all about setting up. more ES it’s expensive rn but I’m comfortable at 14k along with defense asc nodes
