The Randomancer has a New Challenge Mode!

Hey there game-enjoyers! I've been developing a POE2 build randomizer app in my free time for the last 5 months or so, and periodically posting dev updates here (for lack of a better term). [https://therandomancer.com/](https://therandomancer.com/) I thought I had pretty much run this thing into the ground at this point, but was enjoying the process so much I figured I'd chuck a few more features into it just for the heck of it. I figured since a lot of people seemed to be using this thing to set strict challenges for themselves, why not lean into it? Just a warning, some of these are pretty gnarly, maybe completely unreasonable. But the goal was to not set any actually impossible tasks. Again, this is all just for fun, and another way to spark some creativity and renewed interest when the league starts to drag. The core of the tech is to utilize entangle's ability to instantly hit anything that is placed on top of it. This combined with the interaction between Biting Frost and Ice Crystals makes entangle an incredible tool to instantly detonate frost walls that are placed on it. Between Multishot and Fortress, each shot of Glacial Bolt creates upwards of 54 instantly exploding frost walls as long as they are placed on top of an entangle supported by Biting Frost. The tech has applications over almost every Frost Wall-esque skills. If you have any question, I'll be happy to answer them ! The footage was done in a T1 map with all 10 boss points on the lvl 68 character linked above in HCSSFBTW.

Looking For Help: Melee Frost Lich

I've been watching a good deal of content, but no one seems to have this one laid out. I'm looking for guideance as to how I could build a Frost-based Melee Lich. My ideal would be something like WoW's Frost DK. (Fast attacks, cold, plague damage, mass synergies). Primarily I'm looking for a heavy armored, cold-damage build (not Ice Sorcereress - already leveled one). I would like to spread and freeze quickly. Maybe using poison damage if elemental doesn't work. Some ideas as to how to spread debuffs (whether through talent tree or ability-gems greatly appreciated). I'm using: Frost Breach Slim Mace right now as a weapon. Here are some thoughts I'm playing around with thus far: * Frost/Cold Thematics * Melee Cold Damage * Two-Handed or Dual-Weilding * Heavy Armor * Armor also applies to Elemental Damage * Bind Spectre (Minion) \- Not really interested in minions doing all the work. (As I've seen Frost Skeleton builds). Not really looking for an army build. \+ I really like the disease and infection idea. Any general tools/sites, weapon/armor suggestions, ideas on skill gems or other concept directions would be greatly appreciated. I'm flexible with the idea. Please and Thank You.
