Melee titan is fun

The season is coming to an end, and most people have already moved on to POE1, so I'm here to share my favorite build from 0.4. This season, the talent tree added two new points that reduce skill duration, which allows the Titan to stack the duration reduction up to 99%. This has resulted in significant gameplay changes for many skills, making the Titan's playability this season very high. My build focuses on melee attack with physical and chaos damage.

I don't think I have ever watched a full temple run video as long as I did this one, so the divines and perfects dropping left and right gave me PTSD (or FoMo, or both) . . .

But the drops aside, build idea looks very good and may even survive the next patch. Was this build viable on early endgame, without the palm etc.?

Spear field is not exactly "melee" though. You are essentially ranged aoe. That's the problem with actual melee skills. They tend to suck.

You’re sleeping on Into the Breach

Into the Breach is absolutely insane right now. There are some amazing nodes that synergize extremely well with it, Vigorous and Arcane Remnants, and Remnant Attraction. Between these notables and the ascendency notables, you get an enormous boost in Remnant potency, not just from ITB but also Mana Remnants. What’s this mean? Mind over Matter with EB and mana stacking is insane for Chayula. You become an unkillable monster that recovers to max in a fraction of a second at all times. ITB creates a consistent stream of remnants itself. I run the Chaos flames and sit at 10 charges at all times. This means I’m gathering remnants at less than 3 seconds (since I’m using the remnant support gem Remnant Potency). Mana remnants with Remnant Potency and Arcane Remnants is great because it ensures you’re overcharging mana the highest you can. With remnant potency and the ITB notable bonus to remnants, a lvl 21 mana remnant with 23 quality will recover close to 1000 mana. If you’re bored of CoC and want to clear temples fast, a Chayula can smoke a room in seconds and has a hard time dying. Looking For Help: Melee Frost Lich

I've been watching a good deal of content, but no one seems to have this one laid out. I'm looking for guideance as to how I could build a Frost-based Melee Lich. My ideal would be something like WoW's Frost DK. (Fast attacks, cold, plague damage, mass synergies). Primarily I'm looking for a heavy armored, cold-damage build (not Ice Sorcereress - already leveled one). I would like to spread and freeze quickly. Maybe using poison damage if elemental doesn't work. Some ideas as to how to spread debuffs (whether through talent tree or ability-gems greatly appreciated). I'm using: Frost Breach Slim Mace right now as a weapon. Here are some thoughts I'm playing around with thus far: * Frost/Cold Thematics * Melee Cold Damage * Two-Handed or Dual-Weilding * Heavy Armor * Armor also applies to Elemental Damage * Bind Spectre (Minion) \- Not really interested in minions doing all the work. (As I've seen Frost Skeleton builds). Not really looking for an army build. \+ I really like the disease and infection idea. Any general tools/sites, weapon/armor suggestions, ideas on skill gems or other concept directions would be greatly appreciated. I'm flexible with the idea. Please and Thank You.
