This fight is so boring

Invincibility stages are the most annoying thing ever in boss fights. This specific invincibility stage lasts so long I have time to interact with global chat before she actually comes back lol

It is WILD that I cannot easily look up PoE2 ascendancy classes and their passives in game or official media

The official website does not have them. The game does not display them when creating a character. The best hope I have is to find one of the third-party passive tree websites, spec into the class I wanna' look at in their sim, and then inspect nodes, hoping their tree is up to date. This barrier to information adds frustration every time I make a new character in this game. I'm literally gonna' morb. I love the game - but if we're talking about rough edges, this is definitely some friction I snag on all the time.

What am I missing here?

I read this as 21% extra chaos damage, so I should end up with at least 6k chaos damage (high end) right? Hypothetically, if I do a total of 31k in a hit, and I the chaos multiplier is 21%, I would interpret it as 31kx0.21= Chaos dmg only. Not to mention I have 63% increase multipliers, and a 30% more multiplier which would make it way higher than a 2k high end. If anybody could take the time to explain this to me that would be greatly appreciated!

This is the choppiest game I have ever played.

I'm running out of ideas on how to deal with the constant latency spikes. This is the only game I have ever played that has behaved this way. It is not cpu or gpu performance problems. I'm using a reliable wired connection, I have tried switching servers, and I have tried networking\_type=predictive. Are there any other things to try to deal with the constant latency spikes?
