Everytime I go onto the STEM section it's so boring. Not even educationally boring, it's just dull. Half if not more of the posts are mathematics, the ones that aren't are usually GCSE's or don't actually teach you anything interesting, more like "giraffes have long necks so they can eat from tall trees!" it just feels like it's a bit redundant now.
Just curious, what would you want to see? I am a science educator that makes food content currently. But I have been thinking of creating a STEM (physics/engineering) focused account.
I just saw some footage on there from a very old science class. Judging from the clothes I’d say the 50s? The instructor was pouring clear liquids together, and he made nylon. He got a bit out and put it on a spindle thing, above the beaker, and made nylon thread. It was very interesting indeed.
