Feel free to laugh, but that’s what it felt like when I got the message that TikTok wasn’t available. I’m sad. But thank God our representatives, who have done nothing, finally united to make sure this happened. Don’t forget Trump started this whole thing when he said he wanted to ban it and also on August 6, 2020 signed an executive order to put sanctions on TikTok.

I dont think i can put into words what this app has done for me. I lost my dad a year ago and tiktok was genuinely the only thing that kept me sane. If this is truly the end if just like to say thank you. I know most everyone here has some type of storyof what TikTok means to them and if you want to share id love to hear them. Thank you TikTok for being a light in a darkening world.

Why I gave up TikTok despite having a contract to make content

I had a 3 year contract to make content (videos and livestreams) on TikTok with a verified agency. I del3ted TikTok within a month. Why? My comment "Γειά σου" was apparently in viol4tion of the ToS, and my app3al was rej3cted. My video of a funny Dead by Daylight clip was apparently against the ToS for "sexual audio" - the survivor was just injured. App3al rej3cted. I commented on a video about being trans with "I'm trans too!" - viol4tion, app3al rej3cted. It got to a point where literally every single comment I made, no matter what it was, was r3moved. Even using 1337 speak didn't work. Yet I reported people with usernames like "GasTheJews" and with swastikas in their username... "We found no viol4tions"

TikTok Issues/Settings: auto captions and translations are completely gone, how fix? Is this just standard now?

On my TikTok (android OS and in the USA) I no longer have any translation, auto translation of captions, and no auto captions at all. And the settings for them are completely gone and not even in the accessibility settings.  They are gone when I long press the video there is no option, when I go to accessibility settings there is no option, and this is a HUGE problem!!!! This has been happening for at least a week.

Is it possible for a effect to see VTuber as a face?

So I use a vroid avatar for content, is it possible to make a tiktok effect see it as a face so I can use effects on it? I know it might not be possible, but I wonder if it has been done before, and if so, is there a way I can find out. Any assistance would be appreciated \^ \^ <3
