Receiving a warning strike for commenting about Trump

Can’t remember what I commented on, but I think it was a news page, and I asked “can we talk about how he said he rigged the election?”, and I received my first and only warning strike for violating community guidelines, although they don’t say specifically what I violated… has this happened to anybody else since TikTok came back??

Account is impersonating me, i can’t get them taken down

I am a tattoo artist in a big city. Recently, i had someone download all of my content on TikTok and repost it as if they are me. They’re taking illegitimate deposits from people and then blocking them. My actual account is blocked so I can’t report them for “impersonating me”, and I cannot report them for “impersonating a celebrity” because I’m not one. I tried submitting a report online but haven’t heard anything. What can I do?

​ I've tried it with administrator, with and without VPN, I even downloaded old versions of the installer (new one is named "TikFinity-Setup-2.0.0.exe" instead of "TikFinity\_installer" that is written on the website) — still the same. What am I supposed to do!?
