Can't visit tiktok videos I liked

Okay so I wanted to check some videos I liked back in 2023 a month ago I could scroll to them easily but now I can't get to them for some reason did tiktok limit the videos I liked or is it a glitch?

Every Sticker replaced with "This sticker is unavailable"

So, my girlfriend is having this issue with all the stickers im sending being replaced with a message saying "This sticker is unavailable". Weird thing is, they were completely fine just a few days ago. We have tried clearing the app cache and changing the accounts region, but nothing has worked. Does anyone else have this issue and know a fix? Thanks in advance! :)
