this is the problem with ALL online ratings and reviews.

you'll see someone give a hotel a 1-star reviews because extra towels took 30 minutes to arrive, and someone else giving a 5-star review with caveats about what happened.

also, why do i believe anyone's review? someone might have taken their first holiday ever so what do they know anyway?

Letting people dictate what a "10" is and what a "2" is makes no sense. It's subjective. Your "5" might be a "10" to me, and vice versa. For example, I think plastic surgery, fake nails, hair, and lashes are nasty, other dudes find that shit attractive.
