Being able to keep the same metabolism requires the same amount of work, but now that work is harder to do and takes longer to recover from and creates injury easier.. hormones drop etc.. but I'm glad he out there gettin it, just not so much with the science

There’s a lot of things like this.

I played video games way toooo much in one period of my life and I used to coach ‘older’ people 25+ - 50 and they’d constantly blame everything on reaction time.

It really doesn’t decline that much with age at all until you really start hitting oap territory

Am I the only one who thinks the hairline looks like a hair transplant? I find when it’s too uniform looking it doesn’t look natural. Also looks dyed.
