I don't think SS cards are valid if they laminate them.

How did she not notice it before buying? Doesn’t everyone open and look through stuff to make sure it suits your needs before buying?

I worked at Ross many moons ago. Sometimes you will find something on the sales floor and if it is missing a tag, we will make one in the spot. We don’t get paid enough to make sure it is not someone’s personal property unless it looks obviously that. That may or may not have change at the location I worked at.

Maybe someone returned a purse and forgot their wallet inside. Then Ross did what Ross does and just labeled the separate items for sale.

Probably due to the type of people that shop at Ross. They probably thought the wallet was their and never looked inside. People probs try and take tags off stuff and steal it and since Ross is a resale store they probs get all kinds of stuff without tag and tag it themselves.
