Is anyone else having trouble uploading videos?

Tiktok all the sudden won't upload my posts this morning. It shows up on my profile, but nobody can actually see it (I checked from another account because after half an hour of it being "up" it had zero views and I normally have at least a few likes by then), so clearly something isn't uploading right. I'm also pretty sure my stories aren't going through either. I post daily, my video yesterday preformed as normal, and I was uploading stories yesterday, this only started this morning. Dose anyone else have this? Or know how I can fix this?

Why is the a random reply automatically displayed on every comment?

This happens to every comment and only started up like yesterday
