Hace dos días eliminé tiktok y me instalé RedNote, me hice la cuenta y todo bien, hasta que noto que me quitaron la foto de perfil, nombre de usuario y poco más y me salía que mis comentarios estaban restringidos, me bloquearon la cuenta temporalmente, literal solo me la pasaba viendo videos de maquillaje, dibujo y poco más, no entiendo porqué y ya consulté (no recibí respuesta) ayuda
You can't post anything until you submit your driver's license and passport information to verify who you are. It's been like this for almost two years. Until you submit proof of identification, your account will remain locked down.
Did the customer service tell you why they are doing this? Usually they should have provided a reason and the most common reason is that they want you to verify your real name through Passport etc.
I assume you didn’t post at all. Did you comment things that were maybe not PG or could be considered activist in nature?
Also, Rednote sometimes just restricts accounts for random reasons. Your account might be reinstated, or it might not. I’m sorry you had to deal with this bs so soon

Hello, everyone. I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, but if it isn’t, I will delete the post. Well, in 2024, I created an account on RedNote and linked it to my phone number. I later switched devices and didn’t reinstall the app until late 2025. I couldn’t remember my password, so I created a new account. Now, I would like to link my phone number to this new account. However, when I enter the verification code I receive, the app states that the number is already linked to another account and asks me to type a specific phrase: "I confirm that you no longer need to log in to this account to change the binding." I’ve tried typing it exactly as shown, but it’s never accepted. I’m not sure what exactly it wants me to enter, as I’ve typed the phrase precisely, yet it never works. If anyone could help me, I would be very grateful. P.S.: English is not my first language, and Mandarin is not my second language either (I am still a beginner in learning it). In the image, I was deleting the phrase to try again. However, the message that appears there in dark text is the same one that shows up when I enter the requested phrase.
My post seem to be getting little views and im pretty sure all the views are just mine! The post isn't private but im really not sure why this is happening. Also they aren't showing up for their respective tags. Any advice or help?
I purchased an item for the first time on rednote. I received an email asking me to pay the consolidation fee for shipping when it arrived at the warehouse. The issue is the app doesn't display anything on the 'To consolidate' tab, it's on the 'To receive/use' Anyone experienced this? I have no idea what to do because there appears to be no real support, just AI agents.
