Hello. When I open my Rednote, I immediately get a pop-up box with a picture in it and underneath the picture is something written in Chinese, and under the Chinese, it says "Issue Feedback" in English. This box will not go away and I cannot access Rednote. All I can do is refresh the box and it gives me a new photo. What is this box and how do I get rid of it?
