Is there a way to log into my account without scanning the qr code?

Hello, I'm trying to log into my accont on a new phone since my old phone broke. The app asks for scanning the qr code on the logged device which i obviously cant do since that phone is broken... And it seems like all the other options require chinese ID confirmation. I tried to contact the support through Help button on the log screen, but they ask for the phone number and since Im not in china I doubt they would contact me. So I left my email in the description of the problem just in case, but they (unsuprisingly) didnt contact me through that either. Is there any way to get into my account, I used it as a personal blog for more than a year and its really dear to me:(

No hurry. My equipment is fine; they've just blocked me. I haven't been able to log in for two months. With this app it was bound to problems sooner or later.

Why exactly? You and me know why America is banning tiktok... They can't control the narrative their like they do with Facebook or Instagram YouTube. etc The genocide in Gaza was being shown in its full without any kind of censorship...
