How to sync up audio when editing?

Im going to try and make TikToks and reels where I lip sync or transition to the beat. How do I do that? I know for reels you can legally add audio tracks in the app but how do I edit with the audio to make sure it syncs? Do I just have to edit the video with audio then take it out then add it back in in the app? Sorry if im not making sense.

Weird bots?

I stumbled upon this account on my fyp and it shows ai generated stuff of /(insert name). Does anybody know what this is? Is it some sort of bad things. Its weird because some of the accounts seem normal like were recently active and dont look like bots.

why does this keep popping up?
