I will never be happier than when Scalpers got absolutely screwed paying tens of thousands of dollars for the playstation slim only for no-one to want it leading to MILLIONS of lost scalping dollars.

Sadly this behaviour is promoted by peoples buying trends. The ONLY way to stop it is a 2 fold approach. Limit 2 per person. (For collectors who also want to have one to use.) and for the community to stop buying them entirely.

Scalping could end within a month if an entire community just said "Nah I can do without this one." a few times leaving scalpers with thousands of dollars per person of useless worthless stock.

I also firmly think scalping should be illegal for anything associated with kids because what the fuck.

This is just sad

Is it wrong or bad that I've never wanted a thing that bad?

I work at a small toy/boardgame store and feel this so bad. Adults ruining what once was a children's hobby. We even have to be secretive about when we get new stock so we don't get targeted for break-ins.
