I don’t recommend red note
Red is not the alternative to tik tok. You can’t say or do what you want or you will be band or reset your account. This place is heavily monitored. I think people need to wake up to that.

Update: Account Restiction (slightly good ending)
https://preview.redd.it/7gcvzk0k5ulh1.png?width=1125&format=png&auto=webp&s=e378bfb152afdad231021d5d41213382ceab3fd4 Just wanted to make this post to update on my own situation. Emailing them DOES work to some degree however I had to email them multiple times, I even had them initially email me claiming I did not contact the support email first before emailing the creator email even though I did twice. After showing them the screenshots and explaining everything multiple times I got my account restored. I do not know how long it lasts but I do want to tell everyone here whos going through the same problem that yes they can give you your account back, however it is very slow and you may have to email them multiple times. No disrespect to the international team for Rednote I'm sure there is only so much you can do, but this is still quite frustrating to deal with but I do appreciate a solution is within reach, you just have to fight for it unfortunately.

Got "forever/permanently banned" on Rednote - pls help
So it says that I violated 2 rules. One being something along the lines of obtaining another users details to scam them. The other being that I'm impersonating someone else. I think I did violate the first rule by accident - someone messaged me cause they were in my city. As we got chatting a bit more, the other person also clearly told me the company name that they work at (I didn't say where I worked). I think that was how I violated the first rule, it was by accident 😭 For the second rule, I'm still confused, I'm not impersonating anyone at all?? I literally only have 2 posts, one being a "anyone wanna meet up in xxx city?", and the other being a "here's a beach i just went to on Saturday"... I've appealed once, but got rejected within half an hour. I'm so lost, and I really want to keep this account. I've already got in touch with the rednote live chat people, they just told me to wait for the next round of appeals (in 5 days). But honestly, i'm so scared of it getting rejected again. Do anyone have any clue what I can do? 😭💔💔💔

Restriction
Hey guys not sure if I’m the only person who’s been randomly restricted. I have no violations on my account yet I was just randomly restricted an required to do a security protection verification. I should also add that this would be impossible for me to complete considering I am from another country.

Can't pay consolidation fee.
I purchased an item for the first time on rednote. I received an email asking me to pay the consolidation fee for shipping when it arrived at the warehouse. The issue is the app doesn't display anything on the 'To consolidate' tab, it's on the 'To receive/use' Anyone experienced this? I have no idea what to do because there appears to be no real support, just AI agents.

Shipping fee confusion
So I ended up making an order with the direct shipping, but I saw the option for the consolidation shipping. I wanted to do it, but it seemed pretty weird and I didn’t want to end up getting charged more, what is your guys experience with that shipping option? Does it end up being cheaper? $50 shipping is pretty expensive for me, I ended up paying anyways, but I thought about doing the consolidation option. I just didn’t fully understand, I purchased all of my items from the same seller, so I assumed it would be more affordable, but it wasn’t and the consolidation option was still there. Is it worth selecting consolidation, or is the fee the same/similar or more
