whenever I try to import my own sound, it let's me import the audio from a video in my camera roll. after this it shows that the audio is playing over my video however the video stays silent (even when I mute the volume of the original sound put the volume of the music up) ... not sure if that made sense but if anyone can help that would be great!! :')
4So it says that I violated 2 rules. One being something along the lines of obtaining another users details to scam them. The other being that I'm impersonating someone else. I think I did violate the first rule by accident - someone messaged me cause they were in my city. As we got chatting a bit more, the other person also clearly told me the company name that they work at (I didn't say where I worked). I think that was how I violated the first rule, it was by accident 😭 For the second rule, I'm still confused, I'm not impersonating anyone at all?? I literally only have 2 posts, one being a "anyone wanna meet up in xxx city?", and the other being a "here's a beach i just went to on Saturday"... I've appealed once, but got rejected within half an hour. I'm so lost, and I really want to keep this account. I've already got in touch with the rednote live chat people, they just told me to wait for the next round of appeals (in 5 days). But honestly, i'm so scared of it getting rejected again. Do anyone have any clue what I can do? 😭💔💔💔
Hey guys not sure if I’m the only person who’s been randomly restricted. I have no violations on my account yet I was just randomly restricted an required to do a security protection verification. I should also add that this would be impossible for me to complete considering I am from another country.
3Anyone else facing this problem??? Is there any way to resolve this issue? My appeal has already been rejected, and customer support told me that they do not have the authority to remove the restriction. Has anyone experienced the same situation and successfully recovered their account? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 🙏
2I'm new to rednote, don't speak chinese and I'm using google translate to get around. I can't seem to find a "send to review" button there, however, nor can I click the "verify real name" at the top options, as it simply doesn't get to another page.
